If you’re reading this after following Breathe Chile for a while, you may have noticed something: I disappeared.

My last post was over a year ago.
Life didn’t stop. In fact, life kept moving at full speed. There was work, family, responsibilities, personal goals, and honestly, there were moments where I felt pulled in so many directions that writing slowly moved lower and lower on my list.
But here’s the interesting thing: even though I stopped posting, I never stopped thinking about Breathe Chile.
I would have ideas at random moments. I’d think, I should write about that. I’d experience something difficult or learn something meaningful and think, Someone else might need to hear this too. I kept feeling this quiet pull back to this space.
So I finally asked myself an important question:
Why did I stop writing?
I don’t think it was because I no longer loved it. I think I stopped because somewhere along the way, I started feeling like I had to fit into a box. I felt like I needed to stay in one lane. Healthy lifestyle. Fitness. Weight loss. Motivation. Wellness.
And while those things are still a huge part of me, I’m realizing that I’m more than one category. I’m still on a journey of becoming healthier physically and mentally. I’m still learning how to create balance. I’m still growing, still changing, still trying to become the best version of myself.
But I also love books.
I love stories that make me think. Thrillers that keep me up at night. Books that challenge my perspective. Things that inspire me, encourage me, and sometimes simply entertain me. I love conversations about growth, family, habits, purpose, rediscovering yourself, and becoming more intentional about life.
And then it hit me:
Maybe Breathe Chile doesn’t need to stay exactly what it was. Maybe it’s allowed to grow because I’m growing.
So this isn’t just a comeback post. This is a new beginning.
Breathe Chile is becoming more than a healthy lifestyle blog. It’s becoming a space for transformation in all forms — mind, body, habits, mindset, inspiration, and the things that shape who we are.
You’ll still see wellness content.
You’ll still see motivation.
You’ll still see my journey.
But you’ll also see book reviews, reflections, lessons I’m learning, things I’m loving, and pieces of life that genuinely interest me.
I don’t want to create content because I feel like I should.
I want to create content because I feel connected to it.
I want this space to feel real.
So if you’re still here after my time away, thank you.
And if you’re new here, welcome.
I’m excited to see what Breathe Chile becomes.
Most importantly, I’m excited to start writing again.
