I’m not just your typical blogger; I’m a proud wife and a busy mom of three incredible kids. My life is a whirlwind of energy, chaos, and love, thanks to my teenage son – a true champ born at 26 weeks – and my adorable tween twin daughters.

Now, let’s rewind a bit. Before the pandemic rocked our world, I was deep into the hustle and bustle of building my career and running my consulting business. Those 12-hour days seemed never-ending, leaving me with little time to focus on the basics: eating right and staying active. I’ll admit it, my wellness was taking a backseat, and I paid the price.

Cue the wake-up call. One day, my body sent me a not-so-subtle message, shaking me to the core. My vitals were haywire, and reality hit me like a ton of bricks – my unhealthy lifestyle was catching up, and it wasn’t pretty. Facing a future filled with health problems due to other health problems was not the life I had envisioned.

That’s when it all changed. I decided I wasn’t going to let my circumstances dictate my well-being any longer. I embarked on a journey to reclaim my health, to regain control of my life. It wasn’t easy, but let me tell you, it was beyond worth it. With determination and a sprinkle of self-love, I transformed my life into one of vitality, energy, and genuine happiness.
