3. Move Daily, Even if It’s Just 15 Minutes

Consistency beats perfection. When I decided to take my power in, I returned to what had worked for me in the past. I have been a Beachbody (now BODi) member for over 10 years. After I had my twins, I joined because it became harder to force myself to go to the gym consistently. I had three kids under three years old, three under 3 (lol). I worked full-time. I tried healthier snacks that fit my goals. I soon got the hang of portion sizes. I started making smarter choices. This led to a way of eating that felt more balanced and enjoyable.
