12 Laws of Manifestation

The power of manifestation is defined as something theoretical made real. With the world being how it is today and more and more people feeling lost as their lives spiral out of control, it’s no wonder the power of manifestation is a hot topic on everyone’s mind. The Law of Attraction, positive thinking, and good energy are part of the practice of manifesting. You may be thinking, “What is the best way to manifest?” or “How do I manifest? With all the information and misinformation, the fundamental laws of manifestation might get misunderstood. Your thoughts, behaviors, and actions create specific effects that manifest your life as you know it. We are born enlightened beings, and you can tap into that energy.

What is Manifestation?

Manifestation is nothing new. It’s been the subject of dozens of bestselling books (namely The Secret and The Law of Attraction Made Easy) and praised by personalities like Oprah and Deepak Chopra. Simply stating, the basic premise of manifestation is turning thoughts into reality. Still, it’s not just about wishing and thinking it will come true, this is not a fairy tale, and there is no Fairy Godmother. Manifestation is about harnessing your actions, emotions, beliefs, and habits to create your reality. Since it became more mainstream, many people mistake manifestation for a magic wand. Manifestation is less about wanting and more about creating, knowing that you are the creator of your own life. Intentional manifestation requires effort to de-program what’s no longer serving you and act on what will. The manifestation practice is just about being more intentional with our own lives.

Negative Thoughts

Our minds think between 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts a day. If your “go-to” is always negative and sabotaging, your actions will take on those traits. Eventually, you will bring this negativity into your life. It will affect your behavior, the way you speak, and your actions. What ultimately manifests is feeling disconnected from your loved ones and judgment.

Positive thoughts

When your mind is positive, you manifest all kinds of great moments: peace, compassion, love, and an overall sense of well-being. There is no judgment of where you are or who you are, just an elevated sense of knowing you’re OK. You tap into a higher elevation and speak your truth into existence.

The Energy Shift

While there is a lot of chaos around the world right now, you have the ability, at this very second, to shift your thoughts and change your vibration. There are specific laws governing those principles, and I want to share them with you.

Let’s look at those laws and their meanings:

1. One must be happy, loving, and peaceful to find happiness, love, and peace. To find a true friend, one must be a true friend.

This is the Cause-and-Effect Law, meaning you will reap what you sow. There is no escaping energy, and the laws of nature, what you put into the world will get back – bad and good. Here at Breathe Chile, we like to focus on the positives of life. If you focus on just being a genuinely good person, you will notice what you want for your life will manifest.

2. Surround ourselves with what we want and be true to ourselves

Our surroundings are an indication of what is inside us. Invite calm and love into your life.

3. We must surround ourselves with individuals with good and positive vibes to reach a higher level of being.

We are a reflection of what is around us, and what is around us reflects us. If you are around negative people with no aspirations for a fulfilling life, those same thoughts will eventually live in your head.

4. To have spiritual growth, we must realize we cannot change people, places, or material things around us. We can only change ourselves.

To change something, we must first accept it. We are all we have, and we are all we can control. When our hearts are changed inside, our lives will change outside.

5. We must be responsible for our own lives.

We must look within ourselves to find what is wrong in our life. You are the reason you are where you are right now. We cannot control everything that happens in our lives, but we can control our reactions and actions. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and being hard on yourself. But you also have to stop making excuses and know what you really want in life.

6. To complete a job, the work must be done.

I am sorry to be the one to have to tell you, but nobody is coming to save you. You have to put in the work yourselves in your own life.

7. Keep your Spiritual Values in focus so you don’t have thoughts of anger or greed.

Emotions and feelings carry a lot of energy. If you want to manifest positive things in your own life, you must have positive energy around you, starting with your thoughts. Meditation is a great way to slow down the thoughts in your head and give you a chance to breathe. Check this article on the scientific benefits of breathing.

8. Practice what you preach.

Be in alignment with your values and be prepared to demonstrate what you claim to be true.

9. If you’re always looking back, you will never be in the present.

Your old behavior and old thoughts will prevent new ones from being manifested. Let go of the past and live in the present. It’s so freeing.

10. Change is constant and inevitable; keep it positive and powerful.

Nothing stays the same forever. Change will happen, good and bad. But remember, you control the narrative.

11. Patience and persistence will give us rewards with lasting value.

Any reward will require us to experience toil. If we do what we are supposed to do, we’ll find joy and reap the rewards.

12. We will get back something when we put it into something.

The energy and intent we put into something give us back real value. Give more than you receive.

Your mind is powerful. Learn these laws, live in their principles, and begin to see everything, everyone, and especially yourself in a positive, loving, and deserving light. That is how the universe works.
