5 End of the Year Activities to Manifest More Positivity in the New Year

It’s the end of the year and the perfect time to reflect on your personal journey and set new intentions for the year ahead. Certain activities can help you cleanse your energy, raise your vibration, and manifest your dreams for the New Year.

Here are some routines you can consider to help you manifest more positivity in the New Year:

1. Purge and Cleanse your house

Purge and Cleanse your House

Start the year off right by thoroughly cleaning your house! I’m not talking about the usual cleaning you do throughout the year. I mean a top-to-bottom, in every nook and cranny kind of clean.

This process is not only therapeutic, but it also ensures that years of dirt don’t build up in your house. Every surface deserves a visit at least once a year, right? Let’s leave last year’s dust behind and step into the New Year with a fresh and clean home!

Don’t stop at just the walls and floorboards. This is the perfect opportunity to purge all those drawers and closets too. Yes, even the bathroom and bedroom drawers and that notorious junk drawer in the kitchen! Don’t forget about your pantry and refrigerator; it’s about time to check those expiration dates.

It’s also a great time to go through your closets and take stock of what you really need. That outfit you can’t squeeze into with the tags still on? Come on, you deserve to feel comfortable in your clothes! Remove anything that no longer serves you and reorganize what does.

In the past, I used to take time off work to tackle this task and spread it out over a week. But now, I involve my three kids in the process, teaching them the importance of a clean and organized home. It’s a win-win situation!

Cleaning and purging your house like this can help create a fresh and energized atmosphere, allowing positive energy to flow effortlessly and helping you manifest your goals.

2. Let it go

Let it Go

Take the time to let go of belongings that no longer add value to your life. It’s healthy to regularly assess your possessions and get rid of things that no longer have a purpose or bring you happiness. By decluttering your physical space, you make room for positive energy to flow freely into your space.

Take the stuff you just purged from your drawers and closets and donate it to someone who would actually use it instead of letting it sit unused. But, if the items are no longer usable or in poor condition, recycle them or dispose of them responsibly.

The act of letting go is freeing because it brings a feeling of lightness and clarity. By clearing your physical space, you create mental and emotional space to focus on what truly matters to you.

In the New Year, focus on investing in things that align with your values and make you happy. Letting go of unnecessary stuff allows for personal growth and new experiences. Embrace this process and see how it attracts and manifests your goals.

3. Get your affairs in order

Get Your Affairs in Order

Use this time to organize your finances by assessing your current financial situation, reviewing your budget, and setting goals for the coming year.

Examine your income and expenses, and identify areas where you can make changes or improvements. Are there any unnecessary subscriptions or expenses that you can reduce? By managing your finances carefully, you can ensure that you are making progress towards your financial goals.

Also, try decluttering and organizing other parts of your life as well. Take the time to organize important documents, clear digital clutter, and create a system that allows you to locate and manage your information easily.

An organized physical and digital space brings order, reduces stress, and helps clear your mind. When everything is in its place, you can focus on living a healthy lifestyle.

4. Reflect on the year

Reflect on the Year

When the year is ending, it’s a good idea to take a moment and think about all the important things that happened in the past months. Think about the difficulties you faced, the goals you achieved, and the lessons you learned.

In addition to celebrating your accomplishments, reflection also makes you think about the goals or unresolved matters that are still important to you. By recognizing them, you can make a plan to tackle them in the upcoming year. This keeps you focused and motivated and gives a sense of closure to incomplete tasks.

Reflection is not just about thinking; it’s about understanding yourself and how you behave. By examining your choices, actions, and responses over time, you can identify your strengths and areas for growth. This self-reflection gives you the power to make better decisions, adjust your behavior, and develop as a person.

Self-reflection is not only about yourself. By thinking about how you interact with others, you can realize your part in situations. It also helps you develop stronger relationships, cultivate empathy, and understand the people around you. So you can make the next year even more amazing!

5. Set your Intentions for the New Year

Set your Intentions for the New Year

With a clean and organized space, take a moment to reflect on your aspirations for the upcoming year. Set clear intentions for all-around growth, relationships, and manifestation.

When setting goals, it’s crucial to be specific and realistic. Whether they are big or small, make sure they align with your values and overall vision for your life.

Focus on the desired outcomes and consider the steps needed to achieve them. Breaking down your goals into manageable tasks and creating a plan will keep you motivated throughout the year.

Having a clear vision of what you want to achieve allows you to prioritize effectively. Identify your goals and direct your energy and resources towards them, ensuring progress in the areas that matter most to you. Whether it’s advancing in your career, nurturing relationships, or improving overall well-being, setting goals and having a plan in place will increase your chances of success.

Remember, the journey towards achieving your goals is as important as the end result. Embrace the process, celebrate milestones along the way, and learn from any setbacks or challenges that arise. By doing so, you grow as an individual and cultivate resilience and determination.

These end-of-the-year activities are opportunities to cleanse and declutter your space, reflect on the past year, and set new intentions for the New Year. Embrace them with an open heart and mind, and watch the year manifest with an abundance of joy and positivity.

  1. I have started to gradually cleanse the house but because we haven’t had much time off since the end of the Xmas rush in retail, I’m finding myself exhausted and in a flare. But I’m coming out of it now and ready to clean!
